How to make fruit teas all year long ? Dried fruits ! Put a tablespoon of dried fruit in a cup, add boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes or more. Enjoy the tea and the rehydrated fruits ! A mix of dried plums, apple and abricots with some cinnamon is really delightful. Dried berries are also tasty, every year I dry some berries in the dehydrator to add to my teas.
Another way to prepare a dried fruit drink is by making it in a pot on the stove and letting the mix simmer for 30 minutes. It will be an absolutely amazing warm fruit juice. Inspired by the traditional Polish kompot !

I have been in love with the BioFix fruit teas and I have been drinking them all last winter ! I have to say I am quite difficult with commercial fruit teas as I often find they taste too much like artificial flavor or perfume. But with the BioFix, I was very content.
There are several good tea companies out there, but here is my Top 5 ! They are all caffeine free.
Raspberry Biofix This one is my ultimate favorite. It is great to boost the immune system, it contains vitamin C, A, B2 and it has cleansing properties.

I just started getting into drinking tea. It seemed like before my taste buds just could not tolerate the taste but now I’ve been slowly growing to like it.
I have a daily morning routine of drinking peppermint tea, I feel like it helps me wake up and get focused on my work. I also drink a bit of green tea during the late morning. Do you know if green tea is actually good for you? I’ve heard mixed things so I’m not sure.
I say everything is good in moderation ! Green tea is good for you if you enjoy it ! Based on The New England Journal of Medicine, excessive amounts of green tea may harm the kidneys if you take green tea supplements and go overboard. But few cups of green tea daily cannot be harmful and on the contrary, it may improve vascular reactivity. Thanks for dropping by ! .. peppermint tea in the morning is delicious !
Great information! As a vegetarian for over a quarter century you would think I would eat a lot of fruit. However, I never have! I find most fruits too messy/juicy and generally don’t eat much of a variety. I never thought of making teas. This will be a great addition to my diet. Thanks!
I am happy this post inspired you ! It is in fact another way to benefit from the antioxidants of fruits like berries.
